It is difficult to measure what people eat. Can we for example use a blood test to measure food habits? What are the possibilities and challenges? During this webinar we will learn about different dietary biomarkers and future directions for this research area. The webinar is arranged by the Swedish Network in Nutritional Epidemiology (NEON); The Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences National Committee in Nutrition and Food Sciences, and EpiHealth.
