Human rights

The majority of the Academy of Sciences’ work for human rights is coordinated by the Human Rights Committee of Sweden's Scientific and Literary Academies, which monitors and acts upon situations in which researchers around the world suffer from various forms of injustice. The Academy also acts on its own or in partnership with other human rights organisations in individual cases.
