The Human Rights Committee urges Vietnamese authorities to release Mr Nguyen Ngoc Anh, who has been imprisoned since August 2018, and that in the interim his conditions of confinement are brought into conformity with U.N. Standard Minimum Rules for the Treatment of Prisoners.
