Scholarships in Geosciences, including geography, worth up to a maximum of SEK 70,000 can be granted to doctoral students and researchers. In the latter category, applicants who received a Ph.D. in the past five years are prioritised. OH (Overhead/Administration costs) will not be accepted. Scholarships are payable for a maximum period of one year.
In 2022 the available funds are exclusively intended for “scientific research in the field of Physical Geography, in Sweden, and preferably in the Sarek mountain region”. No other purposes will be granted.
Scholarships are not granted for purposes that are completed by the time the decision is taken, which is about three months after the application deadline.
Provide the name of the head of the institute/faculty, and support your application by additional documents such as invitations and letters of recommendation. Doctoral students must state their supervisor’s name. Upload all documents in PDF format.
