The symposium is organised in conjunction with the award of the Crafoord Prize in Biosciences. The Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences awarded the 2023 Crafoord Prize in Biosciences to Dolph Schluter, University of British Columbia, Canada “for fundamental contributions to the understanding of adaptive radiation and ecological speciation”.
